The Tutoring Equation was founded by Tara Saleh, an experienced and passionate mathematics educator with over 8 years of teaching expertise. Tara has held key leadership positions throughout her career, including serving as Head of Department and Leader of Teaching and Learning across an entire school. She is currently the Second in Department at Dubai’s leading not-for-profit IB/British Curriculum school, where she continues to drive excellence in mathematics education.
Tara is deeply committed to helping students not only reach but exceed their academic potential. She has successfully supported learners of all abilities, fostering both a strong conceptual understanding and a confident, positive mindset toward a subject that many students find challenging.
